Bounce Bliss Event Rental Policies

General Terms and Conditions
 

1. General Provisions:
  - We reserve the right to withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
  - Users must comply with copyright rules, including attribution and non-commercial use.
  - Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, and spam are prohibited.
  - We reserve the right to refuse service and disable user accounts for any reason.
 

2. Participation in Activities:
  - Participation in activities provided by Bounce Bliss Event Rentals LLC involves risks, including physical and emotional injury, paralysis, death, or harm to oneself or others.
  - Risks include slipping, falling, and collisions, resulting in sprains, fractures, breaks, scrapes, bruises, dislocations, and other injuries.
 

3. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability:
 - Use of Facilities:
    - Participants agree to use the rentals and facilities in a safe and responsible manner.
    - Failure to follow rules and instructions may result in the revocation of rights without any refund.
    - In case of illness, accident, or injury, participants authorize staff or other participants to provide emergency medical assistance and accept financial responsibility.
 - Release of Liability:
    - Participants release and discharge Bounce Bliss Event Rentals LLC from any claims, actions, complaints, judgments, or damages arising from the use of the facilities.
 - Indemnification:
    - Participants agree to indemnify and hold Bounce Bliss Event Rentals LLC harmless from any loss, liability, claim, obligation, cost, damage, or expense, including legal fees, arising from their actions or omissions.
 

4. Health and Safety Acknowledgment:
  - Participants must be in good health and capable of participating in activities.
  - Pre-existing conditions that could be affected by the use of the facilities must be disclosed and will not be allowed to actively participate on facilities.
  - Participants must not use the facilities under the influence of drugs, alcohol, medications, other impairing substances, and foreign objects or elements.
  - Participants are responsible for any beings involved with the rental equipment and must not allow animals on the equipment.
 

5. Governing Law:
  - This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
  - Any legal action related to this agreement must be brought in the courts of the State of Florida.
 

6. Acknowledgment and Acceptance:
  - By signing this document, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
  - Participants understand the legal rights being released and do so voluntarily without any coercion, incentive, promise, or warranty.
 

7. Photography and COVID-19 Liability:
  - Participants consent to being photographed for commercial and social media purposes.
  - Participants agree not to hold Bounce Bliss Event Rentals LLC liable in the event of contracting COVID-19.

8. Responsibilities:

   - Participants consent to being photographed for commercial and social media purposes

Membership Terms and Conditions
 

1. Membership Options:

    - Memberships not required for rentals.
  - Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual memberships are available. 6-month commitment required to qualify.
- Discounts: 20% off each rental with either Discounted or Full Price Monthly Membership. Monthly booking included. 

- Discounts: 15% off each rental with either Discounted or Full Price Quarterly Membership. 4 times a year booking included. 

 -Discounts: 10% off each rental with either Discounted or Full Price Annual Membership. Recurring once a year booking included.
  - Activation Fee: A one-time $20 fee for each membership activated. Discounted rentals start immediately with first rental after scheduling your following booking.
 

2. Cancellation:
  - Notify us before the next payment processes to cancel.
  - After cancellation, members will still have one more month of membership benefits.
 

3. Recurring Charge:
  - A recurring fee will be billed monthly.
  - If agreed to ACH, it will auto draft.
 

4. Non-Refundable:
  - All membership dues are non-refundable.
  - All sales are final; no refunds or partial refunds will be given.
 

5. Price Changes:
  - Monthly membership prices may change after the first 12 months of the agreement.
  - Any continuous membership price changes will be discussed and agreed upon.
