  Return and Refund Policy  

1. Terms of Return:   

- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booking to receive a partial refund.      

- $50 out of the $100 security deposit will be refunded.     

- The remaining $50 will be retained regardless of the cancellation time.    

- If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the booking, the entire $100 security deposit will be held. 

 2. State of Return:    

- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of drop-off.    

- Fines and fees will be assessed for any damages or loss for loss prevention with costs responsible to the opposite party of Bounce Bliss Event Rental LLC.  

3. Reason for Return:    

- Returns are only accepted if the wrong product was delivered or the wrong day was booked.    

- Weather and inclement conditions do not warrant a return. 

4. Process for Return:    

- To initiate a return, contact us via phone at 1-786-671-2731 and email at bouncebliss813@gmail.com.  

5. Process of Refund:   

- Refunds will be processed only if the terms of return are met.    

- The refund will be issued after the payment has been received.
